Our multigenerational, talented team includes decades of professional knowledge to provide our clients with an excellent holistic individualized experience. Our talented team includes 10 CFPs®, 2 CFAs®, 2 MBAs, 1 IACCP®, 2 ChFC® and 1 CKA®. Our relational approach, teamwork and collaboration allows us to connect to clients and partners in a deep and personal way. Our vision is to commit to our strengths, to acknowledge our weaknesses, and to authentically engage with each other so that you receive the best we have to offer.

In order to continually improve and build on our wealth of knowledge, we believe it's important for each team member to focus on their professional and personal development. The firm's commitment to professional development helps team members maintain and enhance the skills they need to deliver the highest level of professional service and advice to clients.
We encourage all team members to pursue professional development activities by making time and resources available to enhance their job skills. Team members also look beyond their professions and often pursue developmental activities that are not job-related yet can help them grow as a person.
Credentials
CFP®
Ten (10) of our team members have earned the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™, or CFP® professional certification: Daniel Tresemer, Richard Kitick, David Kujawa, Michael Rohrwasser, Tom Vislisel, Jay Kulikowski, Tom Rueger, Jon Flaherty, Joe Fortunato and Shelley Lein. CFP®, CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ are certification marks owned by the CFP® Board. These marks are awarded to individuals who successfully complete the CFP® Board's initial and ongoing certification requirements.
CFA®
Dan Zalipski and Scott Rosenquist hold the CFA® designation. Among the credentials that financial professionals hold, none are more highly regarded than the Chartered Financial Analyst® designation. The CFA charterholder embodies the following core tenets: Ethics: Every CFA® charterholder is required to annually sign a statement declaring adherence to the CFA Institute Code of Ethics and Standards of professional conduct.
ChFC®
David Kujawa & Joe Fortunato have earned their Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC®) designation. A Chartered Financial Consultant is a professional designation representing the completion of comprehensive coursework, examinations and practical experience on advanced financial topics such as estate planning and employee benefits planning.
IACCP®
Kim Taylor has earned the IACCP® (Investment Adviser Certified Compliance Professional Program) designation. The certification acknowledges the heightened role of compliance and responds to growing industry demands for advanced compliance education and nationally-recognized professional standards.
CKA®
Tom Vislisel has earned the Certified Kingdom Advisor® designation. This certification allows advisors to confidently integrate technical expertise and biblically wise counsel in a financial advising role. To obtain and maintain the CKA® designation, one must have certain approved degrees or certifications-such as the CPA or CFP® or 10 years of experience in their designated field.
MBA
Michael Rohrwasser and Shelley Lein have both earned their MBA. A Master of Business Administration (MBA) is a graduate degree focusing on business administration and investment management.
